Remember, before I can create a website for you, you will need a webhost. I cannot provide hosting services for you, only designs. If you do not already have a webhost when you contact me, I will need to wait until you have one before I can create your site. There are many webhosts out there and you will need to choose one and sign up with them. I recommend the host I use; check out my recommendations page for more details.

You may want to contact me directly to make sure you really want me to do your design before filling out the form linked on the right. I will still ask you to fill out the form after talking to me. If you're sure about hiring me, sending the form in to begin with saves us some time. If your graphics and logos are already made, please send them to me as soon as possible so I know how I need to design around them. I would prefer these images be uploaded to Photobucket or sent directly in an e-mail, NOT as a file attachment -- we all have to be careful online, even the designers...

I will begin planning your design in my head immediately when I receive your information, and begin work on necessary graphics and coding as soon as possible. Every design takes a different amount of time, but the more details you give me the faster I can get started. I would like you to have as much input in the design as possible so it will look just the way you want it to when it's finished.

I will typically create logos and graphics first, if they are necessary, and the general layout. Then using mainly HTML and CSS, I will put together the site template and design. I will keep in constant contact with you, letting you know how the design is coming along, getting your input and asking you any questions I may have for you - so please check your e-mail as often as possible during this time; at least once a day is recommended. I may send you screen caps now and then to see if you like where I'm going. Also, if you have any questions for me, feel free to contact me again at any time during the design process.

You can choose whether you want to add the content to the template yourself, or have me do it for you. Doing it yourself will require you to look at a lot of HTML code and enter the content into the middle, so if this scares you, it might not be a good idea. If you choose to let me do it, I'll ask you to e-mail the content to me (but please insert it directly into the e-mail, no attachments) or upload it somewhere on the internet and link me to its location.

I will send you screen caps to show you how the site looks. You should receive screen caps of the website in three different browsers, and possibly a live test on my website where you can view the design online. If you are satisfied, you can make your donation if you haven't already. Then we will get your website loaded. I ask for the donation to be made before the website is launched so I know for sure I actually will receive the payment. All the work has already been done and you have seen examples as proof before you're required to donate, so hopefully this removes suspicion from your mind, as well.

Here you can choose if you want to launch the website yourself or have me do it. If you want to do it yourself, I will need to send the pages to you as file attachments, so I understand if you don't want to download them. You will also need to upload everything EXACTLY where I tell you, or the links will not work. If you want me to do it, you'll have to give me the password to your webhost -- of course, you can change this password to something simple like "12345" for the time it takes me to get the website launched, and then change it back.

And then all is finished, your website is online!
